02. Validity : 1 month from first date of departure
03. Penalties

1. Cancellation Fee : if flight cancelled above 24 hours before departure time, cancellation fee not applicable, if flight cancelled within 24 hours before departure time, cancellation fee 25 % of fare paid applied
2. Refund : if refund requested when reservation cancelled above 48 hours before departure, full refund excluded administration fee. If refund requested when reservatation cancelled within 48 hours before departure, penalty 35 % of the difference between fare paid and one way fare
   

04. Discount

1. Infant(age under 24 months) : 90 % of accompaniing adult fare
   
2. Child (age under 12 years) : 25 % of accompaniing adult fare
3. Student ( age ender 25 years) : 10 % 0f applicable fare
4. Senior Citizen ( age above 60 years) : 10 % of applicable fare
5. Veteran : 15 % of applicable fare
